Return Timeframe

•   Products must include all original tags, accessories, and gifts.

•   Custom or personalized items, discounted products, and items purchased during promotions are non-returnable.

•   Handmade products (such as items specified with a required production time) cannot be returned due to the labor involved in crafting and customization. Please confirm your order details before purchasing.

However, please note that we strictly do not accept returns for the following reasons:

▪ Damage caused by the customer.

▪ Normal wear and tear from use.

▪ Items purchased during sales.

▪ Custom-made, bridal, or personalized items.

▪ Earrings are non-refundable or exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process

•   Before returning, please contact our customer service team via email at (help@yufangge.com) with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.

•   Our customer service team will provide the return warehouse address in your local area and detailed return instructions.

•   Please ensure that the returned items are sent back promptly after receiving authorization. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the product has quality issues or is the wrong item.

Refund Processing

Once the return conditions are met, we will process the refund immediately. The processing time is very short, and the refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Quality Issues or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a product with quality issues or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange.
